Error: "Access to entity denied" when clicking on a Data Entry module
The category .dat file size is large indicating that there is data
Application is on a server
Error only occurs in one category
Cannot consolidate
Database module shows status NO DATA

Solution:

1. After checking that no users are logged in to the application, in Application Module, select TASK -> RUN USERS IN APPLICATION REPORT

2. Test by copying the entire application directory on a local machine

3. Launch Hyperion Enterprise and at the login screen select ADD APPLICATION from the drop-down menu

4. Browse to the local copy of the application and login

If local copy of the application is accessible as normal, reboot the server housing the Hyperion Enterprise application.
