Hyperion Enterprise: When Consolidating, Data in an Account Does Not Roll Up to the Parent Level

Symptoms

The value in an account at the child level is not rolling up to the parent level when consolidation is run.


Cause

In the method CHART this account has the formula NOINP. This prevents input against this account.
The value is instead coming from another account as per a formula in the TRANS method

Solution

Remove the NOINP from the CHART method and normal consolidation will then apply.
