Unable to Print or Preview Any Reports

Hyperion Enterprise

Symptoms

Print option is greyed out.

Cause

Causes may be that a default printer has not been selected or Software has not been installed or set in the path correctly.

Solution


1. Check Hyperion Enterprise Reporting is installed.

2. Check Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Enterprise Reporting have been set in the PATH statement properly.

3. Ensure a default printer has been selected.
