Intercompany Report Error: EMHFM7380: 80004005(21) duplicate key name

The following error (please see attachment) has been discovered after running through the upgrade from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.|
In order to resolve this please do the following:
1. Select EDIT on the Intercompany Report(s)
2. Click on Save.
3. Run the report.
After saving the report it will resolve the duplicate key error.
