HFM shared service file download issue

Symptom: When a user download a file from shared service and open the zipped file in file explorer, there is no file inside the folder. The folder has a size, but there is no file in the zipped folder. In case it's an LCM extract, the extract has been correctly generated on the server in the default LCM extract, but when it gets download and zipped, it's not working. 


Root cause: The ZIP process includes the server path and creates subfolders for the path. 


Resolution: Change the path in the EPM registry  and use the FDQN path. This resolves the issue when the file gets download the extracted.
